The Pebble transport box makes it possible to enhance cork and avoid waste from the cork industry. If we used a single piece of cork, virgin, extracted from the cork oak and cut only for this purpose, there would be pieces left that could not be used. There would be waste of raw material.

Pebble is made of pieces of cork left over from the manufacture of other products, which are agglomerated and shaped in the sublime way that you can see in the photos.

Get to know this incredible raw material better
The South of Portugal has some of the largest cork forests in the world. That's where the cork used to make the Seashell Soap Dish comes from. This raw material is a unique case in terms of sustainability, as no tree is cut down in the stripping process.

On the other hand, cork forests are natural retainers of carbon dioxide, contributing to the fight against a major cause of global warming.

As it is a magnificent tree, both in environmental and economic terms, the Cork Oak has been the National Tree of Portugal since 2011. Its raw material was the first choice for us to create the soap dish for our products.
