Inspired by the sea, the Pebble carrying box is shaped like a pebble to remind us to preserve nature and keep the oceans free of plastic. The cork used in this beautiful box was grown in Southern Portugal’s cork forests. No cork oak is cut down during the cork extraction process, which happens every nine years.

We recommend that you use the Pebble box only when transporting the shampoo bar. At home, put the shampoo bar in our Seashell soap dish, to keep it dry between washes.

The South of Portugal has some of the largest cork forests in the world. That's where the cork used to make the Pebble carrying box comes from. This raw material is a unique case in terms of sustainability, as no tree is cut down in the stripping process.

On the other hand, cork forests are natural retainers of carbon dioxide, contributing to the fight against a major cause of global warming.

As it is a magnificent tree, both in environmental and economic terms, the Cork Oak has been the National Tree of Portugal since 2011. Its raw material was the first choice for us to create the carrying box for our products.
